About the Role
Hire Resolve is partnering with a reputable Healthcare company in search of a skilled Credit Controller to join their team. As a Credit Controller in the Healthcare industry, you will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end credit control process, including credit checks, collection calls, and debt recovery
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in billing and payment records
- Proactively contact customers to resolve payment issues and disputes
- Implement and maintain credit control policies, procedures, and systems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and minimize credit risks
- Prepare regular reports on credit control activities and debt status
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring positive and professional customer interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller in the Healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of credit control practices, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent understanding of Healthcare billing and payment systems
- Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans
