About the Role

Hire Resolve is partnering with a reputable Healthcare company in search of a skilled Credit Controller to join their team. As a Credit Controller in the Healthcare industry, you will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the financial success of a leading Healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end credit control process, including credit checks, collection calls, and debt recovery
Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in billing and payment records
Proactively contact customers to resolve payment issues and disputes
Implement and maintain credit control policies, procedures, and systems
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and minimize credit risks
Prepare regular reports on credit control activities and debt status
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring positive and professional customer interactions

Requirements

Proven experience as a Credit Controller in the Healthcare industry
Strong knowledge of credit control practices, procedures, and regulations
Excellent understanding of Healthcare billing and payment systems
Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English & Afrikaans
