About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Tender Administrator to join their team in Durban, KZN. Our client in the IT industry is urgently looking for a skilled professional to oversee and execute all stages of the tender lifecycle, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and executing all stages of the tender lifecycle
- Creating, reviewing, and organizing all necessary documents for tender submissions
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of tender regulations and guidelines
- Keeping accurate records of tender opportunities, submission deadlines, and outcomes
- Liaising effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding tender-related information
- Prioritizing tasks and working efficiently to ensure timely submission of tenders under pressure
- Paying close attention to detail in all aspects of tender administration and maintaining organized documentation
Requirements
- Demonstrated exposure to the Information Technology (IT) industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a closely related discipline
- A minimum of three years of demonstrable experience in tender management and administration, with a preference for candidates possessing experience within the IT industry
- Comprehensive understanding of tender processes, relevant regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices
