About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and meticulous Chartered Accountant to join our team in Centurion. As a CA(SA) with 3+ years post-articles experience, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial stability of our organization. Your technical knowledge in compliance with accounting standards and regulations, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and strong analytical mindset will be essential to this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
  • Perform variance analysis and prepare management reports
  • Prepare VAT, PAYE, and tax reconciliations and submissions
  • Assist with Audit preparations and liaise with external Auditors
  • Maintain General Ledger accounts and ensure reconciliations are accurate
  • Assist in cost analysis, profitability tracking, and performance metrics
  • Drive cost saving / expense reduction
  • Contribute to process improvements and financial system efficiency
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment

Requirements

  • CA(SA) 3+ years post-articles experience
  • Completed SAICA articles at a reputable Audit firm
  • Strong technical knowledge in compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
