About the Role

As a large multinational group of companies with more than 4500 employees, we cater for a broad product range and cover a vast geographical area on the African continent. We are looking for a legal professional eager to broaden their expertise beyond litigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing pre-litigation debt collection processes
  • Managing debt collection assignments with external attorneys
  • Drafting and reviewing standard agreements
  • Reviewing and approving external standard agreements

Requirements

  • LLB degree
  • Admission as an attorney
  • Minimum 3 years of post-admission litigation experience
