About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing, documenting, and reporting on all administrative tasks on behalf of the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, document and report on all administrative tasks on behalf of the Managing Director
- Compile spreadsheets (with graphs) in Excel, as well as create Power Point presentations
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics
- Valid drivers license
- Knowledge of office management systems
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word and Excel), as well as internet search engines
- Strong individual professional interaction with individuals, whether communicating via telephone, e-mail or face-to-face
Qualifications
- Fully bi-lingual (English and Afrikaans)
