About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Cape Union Mart International Ltd in Upington. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the store, including maximizing turnover and profit, stock loss control, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Assist in managing all aspects of a store
• Maximizing turnover and profit

Requirements

• 2 years of Supervisory experience
• Matric or Equivalent
• Microsoft Computer Proficiency
• Clear Criminal record
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
