About the Role
Cre8work! is seeking a result-driven and determined Sales Representative to join our team in Edenvale, Bedfordview, and Benoni areas. As a leading security service provider, we are looking for an individual who can actively seek out and engage client prospects, grow and expand our client base, and achieve our sales targets while increasing Revenue Per User (RPU) and Technical Targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell Security services and products using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
• Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing and new potential clients to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule increasing Revenue Per User (RPU) and Technical Targets
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyse the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Attend community projects and marketing events
• Other related duties.
Requirements
• Own vehicle and valid drivers license are non-negotiable.
• Proven work experience as a Sales representative
• Security Experience and knowledge essential
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
