About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Quality Control team at Ciovita, a leading fashion and sportswear brand. As a Quality Control Intern, you will support our QA team in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products, from pre-production to final product inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in performing pre-production, in-process, and final product inspections and tests.
  • Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Use measurement tools and testing equipment to verify product, fabric, and trim compliance.
  • Record, analyze, and report inspection and test data, identifying trends and anomalies.
  • Support root cause analysis of product, fabric, and trim defects and contribute to corrective action plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organized quality and test records.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of quality control methods, technical drawings, and testing tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze defects, identify root causes, and suggest solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in inspections, data recording, and spotting inconsistencies.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal reporting skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain structure, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Standards: Basic understanding of industry quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Quality Management, Textile/Fashion Technology, or a related field.
  • Must have a driver’s license.
  • Passion for activewear and technical product development is a plus.
