We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at GAP Consulting in East London. As a key member of our Heavy Commercial Vehicle Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales process. Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct vehicle inspections and provide technical advice on heavy commercial vehicles
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
• Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ recent experience as a Service Advisor within the Heavy Commercial Vehicle Department
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Basic Technical understanding of Vehicle systems essential
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced Truck Dealership environment

Qualifications

• Completed relevant training or certification (if applicable)
