About the Role
IZI South Africa pty Ltd, a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, is inviting individuals to express interest in future opportunities for ATM Reconciliations Administrators. We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented professionals to join our team at our operations in Centurion.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to ATM operation standards
- Update the General Ledger Master
- Update the banks Operational Payment (COPS) Master
- Reconcile expected drop and corrected drop
- Update cash centres counts and automated reconciliation system (ARS)
- Update GL Expected Values-mail, including Google sheet (E&Y Worksheet COPS & GL)
- Update the banks Auto Reconciliation (CAR), Google Sheets
- Update Daily Bulk Order Google Sheet
- Update Client, Adhoc, and Manual Corrections (multiple files received daily)
Requirements
- Grade 12 Diploma or Financial Qualification is Preferred
- 1 – 3 Years of relevant working experience in reconciliations
- Previous Cash Management Centre experience would be highly beneficial
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Qualifications
- Completed Grade 12 Diploma or Financial Qualification
