About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our data analysis and business process improvement team, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities. You will assist in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be leveraged to document business processes and requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and support the implementation of basic AI models/algorithms.
