About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-of-house duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Maintain the reception area, including tidying up and restocking supplies
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings with colleagues and external clients
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions

Requirements

  • Fully computer literate in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications

Fully fluent in Afrikaans and English

Hospitality Diploma

4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in administration or customer service
