About the Role
Stratton Hotel Asokoro in Abuja, Nigeria is seeking a highly experienced Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 36-bedroom hotel. With a minimum of 5 years of top-level hotel management experience, we are looking for an individual who can bring their expertise in F&B, Operations, Marketing, and Financial Management to drive success. The ideal candidate will be single and willing to live on-site due to the nature of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel operations daily
- Oversee Food and Beverage services
- Lead marketing efforts to attract new guests
- Provide financial management for the hotel’s budget
- Collaborate with General Manager to achieve goals
Requirements
- 5 years minimum experience in top hotel management
- Conversant with Opera Fidelio, MICOS, and Sage 300 software
- Excellent knowledge of 4-star hotels operations
- Single status preferred due to live-in nature of the position
