We are seeking a seasoned Test Engineering Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality products and documentation. With a strong background in software testing, you will be responsible for developing test strategies, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with QMS standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively using Jira
- Develop and execute full test cycles from requirements to release
- Conduct integration, regression, and compatibility testing across platforms
- Maintain testing records and document testing plans
- Lead peer reviews and collaborate with the team on problem-solving
Requirements
- 7 years of working experience in software testing or related field
- 3 years of managing a team
- Qualification or certification in software testing (essential)
- Diploma/Degree in Software Related Area (desirable)
Qualifications
- Completed qualification/certification in software testing
