About the Role
The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC and MEP projects across a designated area. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from conception to completion
- Lead site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and cash flow to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and industry standards on all sites
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC & MEP projects
- Proven experience in a management or area management role
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, MEP coordination, and construction processes
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Professional registration (ECSA or similar) is an advantage
