About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly accounting close tasks
- Prepare and submit VAT calculations and filings
- Assist junior colleagues with task completion
- Liaise with the financial reporting team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with CIPC requirements, SARS, and international accounting regulations
- Support senior colleagues with ad-hoc accounting and reporting tasks
Requirements
- 25 years experience in an accounting or bookkeeping firm (non-negotiable)
- Professional accounting qualification (PA(SA))
- Strong knowledge of VAT, CIPC requirements, SARS e-filing, and international regulations (AU/EU)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, DEXT, Asana
- Highly structured, process-driven, and detail-oriented
Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (PA(SA))

R18 000 – R23 000 monthly
