About the Role
RecruitCo is excited to introduce our new learnership program, RecruitU! This 3-month program is designed to provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to become a successful recruiter. You will gain workplace readiness through hands-on guidance and training, followed by assessments per module completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply for and complete the RecruitU program
- Attend one-on-one interviews and possible assessments
- Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced recruiters
Requirements
- Be between 22 and 26 years old
- Have a Bachelor’s degree completed
- Be computer literate
- Have an excellent command of the English language
- Own your own transport (optional)
