About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an experienced Creditors Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg North. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing complex vendor account reconciliations, managing and reconciling vendor contracts and settlements, and ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex vendor account reconciliations (local and foreign)
- Investigate, resolve, and document high-level reconciling items and aged queries
- Manage and reconcile vendor contracts and settlements
- Prepare consumption reports, capture consignment stock settlements, and update pricing on SAP
- Oversee the clearing of GR/IR accounts and ensure timely matching of goods receipts to invoices
- Generate monthly reconciliation tracking schedules
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a creditors, accounts payable, or specialist finance role
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Proven experience handling complex reconciliations and GR/IR accounts
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
