Job Description

About the Role

Network Finance is seeking a highly skilled Finance Supervisor to join their team in Johannesburg North. The successful candidate will support management through accurate reporting, cost analysis and financial insights, while operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and review of management reports
Supporting group accounting and reporting processes
Performing cost accounting and variance analysis
Understanding and reviewing commission structures
Working closely with insurance stakeholders including brokers, UMAs and agencies
Assisting with audits and maintaining strong financial controls

Requirements

CIMA or ACCA qualified
Completed articles at an audit firm (essential)
3+ years’ experience in management reporting
Solid cost accounting knowledge
Prior insurance industry experience (brokers / UMAs / agencies)
Good understanding of group accounting principles
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

CIMA or ACCA certification
