This vibrant luxury outlet is looking for a warm, switched on Assistant Cafe Manager who loves the buzz of service, thrives in a guest centred environment and enjoys leading a polished, upbeat team ✨ What you will be doing • Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations across a 24 hour service cafe • Overseeing In Room Dining, mini bars and poolside service • Delivering exceptional guest experiences with charm, urgency and finesse • Keeping service smooth, professional and consistent • Helping drive sales, upselling and guest delight • Training, coaching and uplifting your team • Ensuring all standards, procedures and service expectations are met • Maintaining top notch presentation, accuracy and attention to detail What you need to bring • A hospitality related Diploma • 4 years experience in a luxury 4 or 5 star restaurant or hotel • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role • Strong communication skills with solid English • Confident using POS systems and stock management platforms • Good understanding of restaurant financials • Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays • Highly presentable with a love for guest interaction ⭐ Bonus points • Micros experience • WSET Level 1 or 2 • Strong wine and service knowledge • A natural flair for hosting If you enjoy variety, thrive under pressure and love being that friendly, reliable face on the floor, this could be your next home.
