About the Role
A top construction firm in Bahrain is seeking a Project Commercial Manager to join their team. With over 15 years of experience in civil and building works, we are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in quantity surveying to lead our commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets and cash flows
- Prepare and negotiate contracts
- Conduct site visits and monitor progress
- Develop and implement commercial strategies
Requirements
- 15+ years experience within construction specialising in civil and building works
- Professional registration with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
- Site-based role requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Sc. in Quantity Surveying
- Proficiency in contract law and commercial agreements
