What Youll Do:
Convert inbound enquiries from potential business clients into sales.
Manage 315 inbound enquiries per day via phone, email, and video calls.
Meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on conversion rates and enquiry handling.
Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring excellent account management.
Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture and help drive the growth of the business.
Who Were Looking For:
14 years of experience in inbound B2B sales, ideally in a target-driven environment.
Proven ability to handle sales via phone, email, and online video platforms.
Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to make an impact.
Quick starter: available to begin within 4 weeks.
Preferably no job-hopping history; reliability and commitment are key.
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in the promotional merchandise industry.
Previous work with companies generating multiple inbound sales enquiries daily.
Strong focus on personal sales performance rather than management experience.
Remuneration:
Competitive base salary + commission (market-dependent and experience-based).
