Luxury Hotel in Hazeyview region is requiring an experienced Restaurant Manager /Sommelier: Diploma in Wine Must have at least 5 years experience in food and beverage service as a sommelier Computer literate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Working knowledge of a Point of Sales System; exposure to Micros would be advantageous Working knowledge of a Stock Management System; exposure to FnBShop would be advantageous Excellent command of the English Language with solid written and verbal communication skills Highly presentable Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
