Cwenga Direct Marketing is looking for individuals who will provide excellent customer service who will be able to drive sales through engagement with customers and sharing product knowledge, they will have to respond to customers questions, and build their sales and marketing career. Requirements: • Matric • Basic English • Good Communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to learn on a job • Customer focused mindset • Good customer service • Active Listening • Problem solving skills when dealing with customer issues • Empathic attitude No experience needed, training will be provided.
