About the Role
Our renowned company in the medical industry in Port Alfred is seeking an experienced Receptionist to work on a temp basis when needed. We are looking for someone with excellent administration and communication skills, as well as experience in the medical industry, to assist with reception duties and switchboard operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage patient records and administration tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Handle patient liaison and correspondence
- Perform other administrative duties
Requirements
- At least 3 years of reception experience
- Experience in the medical industry is highly advantageous
- Good administration skills
- Good communication skills
- Matric qualification is essential
