About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Clerk to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking employee hours, managing attendance reports, and liaising with payroll/HR regarding hours worked.
Key Responsibilities
- Record employee clock-in and out times
- Track hours worked, overtime, and absenteeism
- Export data for payroll processing
- Manage shift and attendance report
- Capture and monitor attendance on Blick system
- Correcting clockings errors
- Generate attendance report
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- 2-3 years experience in time and attendance system
- Good communication skills
- Clerk experience
