About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Anchor to join a world-class luxury safari lodge located in the iconic Sabi Sands Reserve. If you thrive in the bush, love creating memorable guest experiences, and have strong operational know-how, this is your chance to anchor a top-tier lodge team!
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lodge Manager with daily operations and ensure seamless guest experiences
- Act as a point of contact for guests, handling requests, feedback, and queries with professionalism
- Oversee and assist with front-of-house duties, reservations, hosting, and guest check-ins/check-outs
- Maintain communication between departments and ensure high service standards are upheld
- Assist with staff coordination, motivation, and general lodge management when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end lodge or hotel environment
- Strong F&B knowledge
- Confident hosting ability and an eye for detail
- Passion for the hospitality industry and guest satisfaction
- Comfortable living in a remote bush setting and working flexible hours
- Knowledge of reservations systems and general administration is a plus
