Job Description
Hire Resolves client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join their dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with reporting and reconciliations to support the departments efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Process various payments (foreign & local) and ensure accurate transaction recording.

Allocate receipts and liaise with the bank regarding foreign funds.
-
Manage and reconcile petty cash and inter-bank transfers.
-
Capture invoices and maintain up-to-date financial data on Acumatica.
-
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow forecasting.
-
Prepare financial and creditor reports.
-
Handle queries from customers and vendors.
-
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma in Accounting (Degree in Finance/Accounting advantageous).
-
25 years experience in a financial administration or bookkeeping role.
-
Proficiency in cloud-based accounting systems (Acumatica experience preferred).

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of South African financial regulations and tax systems.
