About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our OEM Dealer Support team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical expertise to dealerships across South Africa, ensuring seamless delivery of parts and service solutions that meet OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to dealerships on Parts Sales, Service, and Warranty processes
- Develop and implement Dealer Aftersales Development plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Conduct dealer audits to ensure compliance with OEM requirements and identify areas for improvement
- Manage OEM programs, including performance management and reporting
- Collaborate with the CRM, DMS, and OEM Reporting Systems teams to optimize aftersales processes
- Foster strong relationships with dealerships to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Automotive OEM Aftersales, including Parts and Service
- National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering highly advantageous
- MS Office, CRM, DMS, and OEM Reporting Systems experience essential
- Strong understanding of Dealership Parts Sales, Service, and Warranty processes
- Working experience with Dealer Aftersales Development, Dealer Audits, Driving OEM Programmes, Performance Management, Reporting, and OEM Compliance
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
