Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Wedding Co-Ordinator to join our team. This role requires a passionate, organized, and client-focused individual who can transform wedding visions into seamless, unforgettable events. The ideal candidate will be responsible to meet with client to understand their wedding vision, preferences and budget. Plan, co-ordinate, and oversee all aspects of wedding events from start to finish. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff. Develop timelines, floor plans and event schedules. Manage set-up, decor, and on -the-day coordination. Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Handle last-minute changes calmly and professionally. The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a Wedding Co-Ordinator or Event Planner. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional presentation and customer service excellence.
