REQUIREMENTS: Formally trained chef with at least 3 – 4 years working experience within Wine Estate Restaurants, Boutique Luxury Hotels / Lodges or Top Restaurants Fluent in English and Afrikaans Proficient in the production of Hot and Cold Able to design daily dishes / specials for lunch and dinner (starters, mains and desserts) Creative talent in plating components with attention to detail and a sense of pride Friendly and outgoing personality who’s focused on achieving results as a TEAM Self-motivated, positive and confident personality
