have partnered with a luxury hospitality brand company offering off the grid accommodation in Scotland to recruit a & PLEASE NOTE – This is remote position and working on a freelance basis will be considered. South African candidates are preferred We’re looking for an experienced freelance individual to help shape and grow a premium lifestyle hospitality brand during an exciting phase of expansion. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building a brand end to end — from visual identity and storytelling to social media, campaigns, and customer acquisition. Social media sits at the heart of the role, but the focus goes beyond content alone: it’s about creating a calm, elevated brand presence, capturing thoughtful guest experiences, and turning strong storytelling into meaningful enquiries and bookings. Working closely with a small, passionate team, you’ll take ownership of brand and marketing activity across channels, blending creativity with commercial awareness. This opportunity will suit a freelancer who values flexibility, enjoys autonomy, and is comfortable both setting direction and rolling up their sleeves to execute in a growing, purpose-led business. Requirements Proven experience in a senior social media and/or marketing role Deep understanding of social platforms, content formats, trends, and performance metrics Demonstrated experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and optimise performance Solid knowledge of paid social and digital marketing fundamentals Experience managing external partners, including creatives, freelancers, influencers, and collaborators Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of tone, brand voice, and detail Confident, organised, and comfortable taking ownership in a hands-on, fast-moving environment Fluent in English A genuine interest in luxury hospitality, sustainability, nature, and lifestyle-led brands Salary – Dependent on experience PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications, we will only reply to those candidates who meet our clients’ specific requirements.
