Roles and Responsibilities Creditors & Diesel Administrator (Cross-Border Logistics) Location East Rand, Gauteng Job Purpose The successful candidate will be responsible for managing creditors and diesel administration, with a strong focus on the cross-border logistics division. This role supports accurate financial processing, cost control, and smooth operational support within a fast-paced transport and logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Creditors Full creditors function for the cross-border division Processing supplier invoices accurately and timeously Reconciliation of creditor statements Resolving supplier queries and discrepancies Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls Diesel Administration Capturing and reconciling diesel usage Monitoring diesel costs and consumption Liaising with drivers, operations, and suppliers regarding diesel-related queries Assisting with diesel reports and cost tracking Cross-Border Support Supporting the cross-border operations team with financial administration Understanding and working within cross-border transport processes Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required Minimum Requirements Proven experience in creditors (essential) Experience with diesel administration (essential) Previous exposure to logistics / transport / cross-border operations (highly advantageous) Strong reconciliation skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems Personal Attributes Strong personality with the ability to work well in a team Able to handle pressure and deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Adaptable and flexible to move between operational areas if required Professional, reliable, and well-organised Employment Details Employment Type: Permanent Employment Industry: Transportation and Logistics Work space preference: Work Onsite Ideal work province: Gauteng Ideal work city: Brakpan Salary bracket: R 18000 – 20000 Drivers License: CODE B (Car) Own car needed: No
