About the Role
WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a global leader in tax recovery and compliance to recruit a Strategic Partnerships Analyst. This role is ideal for a commercially driven, analytical professional eager to support and expand a thriving partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, analyse, and map potential referral and strategic partners
- Support outreach and engagement with prospective partners
- Track partner-generated opportunities through the pipeline and coordinate internally
- Assist in the onboarding and enablement of strategic partners
- Analyse deal progression and provide insights on sales challenges
- Monitor partner activity, manage CRM reporting, and forecast revenue trends
- Develop joint campaigns with marketing (e.g., webinars, press releases)
- Prepare partner-facing materials including case studies and proposals
- Maintain dashboards to report on key performance metrics and revenue
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in partnerships, sales support, client services, or commercial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
- Familiarity with withholding tax recovery is advantageous
