About the Role
The Wealth Adviser Assistant will provide support to Wealth Advisers in a financial firm located in Pretoria, working closely with clients to deliver tailored financial advice and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Wealth Advisers with client meetings, including preparing presentations and documents
- Research financial products and market trends to support Wealth Advisers in providing tailored financial advice to clients
- Help coordinate client events and seminars
- Manage client communications and follow up on action items
- Assist with account opening and maintenance processes
- Maintain client records accurately and securely
Requirements
- Degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- Previous experience in a financial advisory or wealth management role is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Knowledge of financial products and market trends
