About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager with expertise in Digital Transformation or IT-led business change to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional emotional intelligence, navigate complex office dynamics, and demonstrate technical acumen in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives that drive digital transformation

Requirements
- 5 years of dedicated Change Management experience in Digital Transformation or IT-led business change
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to navigate office politics
- Understanding of the Development lifecycle and Agile environments
- Familiarity with technical jargon and terminology
- PROSCI, CCMP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred
