About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tourplan Content Administrator to join our team at a leading Inbound Destination Management Company based in Bryanston. As a key member of our content administration team, you will be responsible for capturing data in line with set company requirements, quality and standards, whilst handling all relative queries and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Capture: Capture of Rates & Policies
- Checking of rates and policies
- Extranet Loading
- Apply mark-ups to rates on Tourplan (Rate Maintenance)
- Assist with Allocation capturing/ Freesale when needed
- Scheduled Tours Loading when needed
- Loading of all agents
- Assist Loading of all suppliers when needed
- Assist Loading of Guides when needed
- Quality Control: Record keeping as per departmental procedures
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma in travel and tourism or similar
- At least 2 years’ work experience within a Tour Operator environment
- Data loading experience within Tourplan
- Understanding of Rate Distribution cycle
- Understanding of Agent brochure cycle
- Understanding of Supplier’s contracts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Skilled at implementing and coordinating
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Confidence in deciding and initiating action
- Excellent attention to detail
- Devoted to delivering results
- Self-motivated
