About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our facilities management team, specifically focusing on tender coordination and submission. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Sandton, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, download, and register new tenders from online portals.
  • Review tender documents to identify requirements, deadlines, and submission formats.
  • Maintain a tender tracker for progress and submission status.
  • Prepare submission packs (digital or hard-copy).
  • Upload documents to portals and confirm successful submission.
  • Coordinate delivery of physical submissions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
  • 2-3 years tender administration experience (Facilities Management preferred).
  • Knowledge of procurement processes.
