About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our senior executive in Muizenberg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front office, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front office administration and management
- Arrange corporate travel, stationery, and IT administration
- Maintain confidential records and documentation
- Assist with preparation for meetings and correspondence
- Compile reports, analyse data, and present information clearly and accurately
- Support project coordination and special initiatives as required
- Ensure follow-ups on key action items and deadlines
- Purchase stationery and cleaning products
- Assist with ad hoc personal tasks
Requirements
- Grade 12 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration / Office management/ HR
- 3 years of working experience in a similar role
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
- MS Office (essential)
- Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant supporting senior executives
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
