Front of House Anchor | Luxury Safari Lodge | Greater Kruger Live-In | Salary: Negotiable (DOE) Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a polished and professional Front of House Anchor for a prestigious luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger region. This is an exciting opportunity for a guest-focused hospitality professional to take on a key front-of-house role in a world-class safari lodge environment ✨ Requirements: • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environment • Strong front-of-house and guest relations experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Warm, confident, and professional guest-facing manner • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced lodge environment • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude • Well-presented with high personal and service standards • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Key Responsibilities: • Welcome guests and ensure an exceptional arrival and departure experience • Provide personalised, attentive guest service at all touchpoints • Manage front-of-house operations, including guest check-in/out and queries • Liaise effectively with all lodge departments to ensure smooth operations • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest amenities • Assist with daily operational tasks as required by management • Support team members and foster a culture of excellence and professionalism Package: • Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience) • Live-in accommodation provided • All meals included • Opportunity to work in a prestigious luxury safari lodge environment If you are a professional, guest-focused hospitality specialist looking to take your career to the next level in a luxury lodge environment, we would love to hear from you.
