About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an energetic and experienced Guide & Duty Manager Couple for a luxury lodge based in Zululand, KZN. This is an incredible live-in opportunity for a hands-on couple who thrive in a close-knit bush environment and are passionate about hospitality, guiding, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general lodge maintenance when required
- Provide exceptional guest experiences and ensure high standards of service
- Participate in daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the lodge
- Perform various tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & PDP
- Valid First Aid Level 1 (minimum)
- DEAT registered
- FGASA Level 1 (minimum)
- Minimum 2 years guiding experience
- Maintenance experience advantageous (guides assist with maintenance duties)

- Formal education/certifications not specified
Salary & Benefits
- R18,500 combined (Live-in)
- Includes: Meals while on duty groceries for time off duty
- Provident fund is compulsory
