About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially sharp individual to lead our sales team in Cape Town City Centre, driving revenue growth and scaling the business through innovative ecommerce and digital sales initiatives. As a seasoned leader with a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for building and optimising scalable sales systems, processes, and pipelines, while fostering a high-performance team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a young, ambitious sales team
- Drive consistent revenue growth through strong sales strategy and execution
- Build and optimise scalable sales systems, processes, and pipelines
- Spearhead innovative ecommerce and digital sales initiatives
- Strengthen and expand B2B acquisition through proactive outreach
- Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and energetic team culture
Requirements
- Proven track record of growing sales revenue and scaling teams
- Demonstrated success managing and developing sales teams (±8 people)
- Strong background in B2B sales, partnerships, or marketplace environments
- Experience driving ecommerce or digital sales growth
- Hands-on leader who coaches, mentors, and motivates effectively
- Systems thinker who can build structure without slowing momentum
- Highly driven, commercially sharp, and results obsessed
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
