About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quotations / Estimating Administrator to join our team in Rustenburg. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, taking measurements on-site, and ensuring timely completion of quotes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking accurate measurements on-site where required
- Preparing accurate quotations for clients
- Calculating quantities, materials, and costs
- Ensuring quotes are completed and sent to clients as soon as possible
- Following up on outstanding information required for quotations
- Liaising with clients in a professional manner
- Assisting with general administration related to quotes, orders, and client requests
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Valid driver’s licence
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literate
- Strong numerical and calculation skills
- Able to take accurate measurements
- Good administrative and organisational skills
