About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our team in Ekurhuleni. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle
3+ years experience in a similar role
Experience in a fast-paced and technical environment
