About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Manager to join our team in Alberton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our human resources and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Oversee payroll processing, including salary payments, leave accruals, and tax deductions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and company policies
- Provide administrative support to the management team
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Relevant HR qualification (Diploma or Degree)
- Proven experience in HR and payroll management
- Strong understanding of South African labour legislation
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g. Sage, VIP, Pastel Payroll or similar)
Qualifications
- Formal education/certification in Human Resources is an advantage
