About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Kitchen & Service Manager to lead our hospitality team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for overseeing both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen and service operations
- Manage and lead front & back-of-house teams
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent guest experiences
- Monitor costs, wastage, and profitability
- Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or catering management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Stock control and cost management experience
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
