About the Role
The Senior Brand Operations Lead is a critical role that will oversee the performance, profitability, and strategic growth of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand. This position requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in managing multi-site operations, driving financial results, and fostering strong relationships with franchisees and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for the QSR brand’s overall performance, profitability, and strategic growth
- Oversee franchise operations, financial performance, marketing execution, new store development, compliance, and team leadership
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the brand remains competitive, consistent, and customer-focused while delivering strong financial returns
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field
- Minimum 58 years of experience in a senior multi-site or franchise management role within the restaurant, FMCG/retail or hospitality sector
- QSR/Fast Food exposure
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets and P&L accountability
- Demonstrated experience in franchise relationship management
- Experience in new store development and site evaluation (advantageous)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinking with strong commercial orientation
- Results-driven with strong analytical ability
- Ability to influence and obtain buy-in at franchise and executive level
