About the Role
Our client, a leading civil engineering support company, seeks an experienced Group Marketing Manager to oversee marketing efforts across multiple specialised companies. The successful candidate will champion digital innovation and lead-generation excellence while ensuring a unified brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate across multiple specialised companies ensuring a unified brand voice while respecting the unique market positioning of each entity.
- Champion a culture of digital innovation, lead-generation excellence, and high-impact physical networking.
- Oversee the planning, creation, and posting of content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop strategies to convert digital and event-based engagement into actionable sales leads for the various group companies.
- Successful execution of regional campaigns in line with Tender Department requirements.
- Successful delivery of major conferences and the annual Golf Day within budget and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
- Effective management of marketing spend within the parameters approved by the Board.
Requirements
- Marketing related qualification (advantageous)
- At least 10 years experience in marketing
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the engineering, construction, or laboratory services sectors
- Advanced understanding of SEO, GEO, and social media algorithms
- Masterful command of UK English for high-level content creation and professional reporting
- Exceptional organisational skills for managing multi-company requirements and large-scale events
