About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Lephalale, responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Implement and enforce health, hygiene, and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Manage stock and inventory control to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Housekeeping (advantageous)
- 24 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in hotels, lodges, resorts, or guesthouses advantageous
