About the Role

Our client is growing their Strategy & Innovation function and is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to operate independently in a product- and systems-driven environment. The ideal candidate will lead conversations, challenge assumptions, and translate business intent into clear, actionable specifications, working closely with clients, developers, BI teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives, system architecture, and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading requirements-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Analyzing and documenting business processes, system flows, and functional requirements
  • Translating business needs into structured specifications for Development and BI teams
  • Identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and product enhancement planning
  • Managing scope definition and contributing to impact analysis
  • Facilitating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Ensuring documentation is clear, consistent, and audit-ready

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Business Analyst at an intermediate level
  • Proven experience working on system implementations or product enhancements
  • Strong process mapping and functional documentation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex system interactions and data flows
  • Confident, professional client-facing communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal English

Qualifications

Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
